lately, i have heard a lot of people say they are tan. that bugs me.

according to me (and dictionary.com - yes i looked it up!) you aren't tan.
you are tanned.
you can get a tan (noun).
and you can lay in the sun and tan (verb).
but you aren't tan.
after tanning you are tanned.

anywho, i bring this up because i went to a tanning salon today.
there is a salon across the street from our complex that has tempted me all winter.
and today i broke.
i went tanning.
and now i am burnt.
but it was worth it!
