on august 31, we said goodbye to richfield .
i couldn't believe how sad i was to drive away from that town. i really didn't see that one coming.
we knew right up front that matt would be interning in 2 places this summer - lehi and richfield.
but i secretly hoped that he would never need to get transferred down to richfield..

i didn't like the idea of living in such a small town. and it sure didn't look very attractive on google earth.
but, we decided to make the best of it and we honestly ended up loving that place.
[matt and i do agree it is a little too small for us to live there forever, but it was a perfect summer adventure.]
it was the kind of adventure we may never get to do again.
adios richfield.
adios richfield.
matt's parents travelled all the way down to richfield to help us with the move.
they were lifesavers. i feel like we would still be packing up if it wasn't for them!
we have moved about a bazillion times since we got married and, every time we do, i am surprised by how much work it is.
you'd think i would learn!

plus, moving with 2 kids is more challenging then 1. for me, at least.
we dropped our things off in our apartment in rexburg on our way up to visit calgary.
we spent 6 days in calgary. but it felt much shorter then that. time flew by.
i have lots to post about our trip to calgary.
now we are back in rexburg. it's good to be back. feels like home.
there was a bit of a hiccup with our apartment, so it took longer then we had planned to move in.

when we got to our apartment we noticed that we had some roomies.
and by 'roomies' i mean 'bugs'.

lots of them.
and, if you think i'm exaggerating, just know that it was bad enough that matt was willing to move.
