i mentioned in an earlier post that i didn't snap one picture at holden's party.. but my mom did.
so now we can prove to holden that we did, in fact, have a party in his honor.
it didn't turn out nearly as cute as i had planned (due to the sucky weather that i have already complained about) but, oh well.. it was supposed to be simple anyways.
this was the invite:
we thought it would be fun to throw an american themed party in honor of our american child.
our family all wore tacky american themed clothing, but most of it got covered up because we had to bundle up to stay warm.
fortunately, (or perhaps i should say 'unfortunately'!) matt's american pants were not covered up.
my friend, lana, was in town for the night of the party.
jocelyn, lana, and i were roommates in rexburg for our first year away from home.
nine years later, we are all married and have a total of 9 (almost 10) adorable kids.
one day we are all going to live in arizona together... right guys?!
